TurkishThe scholarship procedures of students and candidates from disadvantaged groups who will study at our university are subjected to a detailed examination and valuable process based on the documents they will submit. Thus, it is aimed to carry out a transparent and accurate process in accordance with the principles of fairness and impartiality. ISTU's primary goals are to provide scholarships to all individuals in need at rates deemed appropriate and to ensure its sustainability. The processes carried out will be shared with the public periodically in line with the principle of institutional accountability.
