Department of Law Mission
The mission of the Department of Law is to provide students with high quality legal education, to familiarize them with the basic principles, rules and practices of law and to train them as qualified professionals in the field of law. In line with our mission, we aim to provide our students with the opportunity to develop their legal thinking and analysis skills so that they can work effectively in different areas of law. In addition, by equipping our students with a sense of social responsibility, we support them to grow in an environment where they can contribute to the establishment of justice. As part of our mission, we constantly review and update our education programs to adapt to the changing legal environment and strive to meet the needs of our students. We also aim to actively interact with the community by organizing various events and projects to raise social awareness and spread the universal values of law.
Department of Law Vision
The vision of the Department of Law is to educate qualified individuals who internalize the basic principles of contemporary legal science, adopt the universal values of law and transfer these values to society. Our main goal is to equip our students with knowledge, skills and ethical values in order to contribute to the provision of social justice by adhering to the principles of justice, rights and the rule of law, and to ensure that they are trained as successful lawyers in the international arena. We aim to provide our students with an education that will enable them to adapt to changing world conditions by developing their critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills. In addition, by encouraging research and academic studies, we support the emergence of innovative and pioneering ideas in the field of law. We aim to contribute to the creation of a legal culture that is sensitive to the legal needs of society, respectful to human rights, committed to democratic values and ethical standards.
Program Purpose
The aim of the Law Department is to teach students the basic principles, rules and practices of law and to train them as qualified professionals in the field of law. In this direction, we aim to enable our students to solve legal problems effectively by developing their legal thinking and analysis skills. In addition, we aim to equip our students with a sense of social responsibility by raising awareness of the universal values of law, justice, rights and the rule of law. Our aim is to provide an educational environment where our students can contribute to the protection of social justice and the rule of law by exhibiting behaviors in accordance with professional ethical values. In addition, we aim to contribute to the science of law through research, publication and academic activities and to encourage our students in this field. As the Department of Law, we aim to respond to the legal needs of the society and the country and contribute to the development of law by raising individuals equipped with legal knowledge and skills, sensitive to social values and adhering to ethical standards.
